○鱝（エイ）は男子の白濁・膏淋・玉茎の痛みを治す。小毒があり人に益はない。海鷂魚も同じ。
○土肉（ナマコ）は元気を補い五臓を増し、三焦の熱を去る。鴨と同じく食すべからず。

○Squid increases qi, strengthens will, and benefits people. It regulates menstruation.
○Ray treats men's white turbidity, unctuous strangury, and pain in the jade stem. It has minor toxicity and does not benefit people. Sea hawk fish is the same.
○Sea flesh (sea cucumber) supplements vital energy, increases the five organs, and removes heat from the triple burner. Like duck, it should not be eaten.

○Chapter lifter (octopus) nourishes blood and increases qi. Since it is cold in nature, those with weak spleen and stomach should not eat it. Chapter fish is the same. Stone mullet is long-legged octopus, rice locust is common octopus.
