一 同八寅年（宝暦八年・1758年）二月、常詰御供番を仰せ付けられた事。
一 同十辰年（宝暦十年・1760年）三月、御上京の御供を仰せ付けられ、相勤め候事。
一 同年九月、御装束・衣紋の稽古を仰せ付けられた事。
一 同十一巳年（宝暦十一年・1761年）六月、三田御屋敷の御文庫を小室庄左衛門へ御預け置かれ候ところ、庄左衛門が会津へ召し連れられる節は、御預けに置かれる旨を仰せ付けられた事。

Item: In the 2nd month of the same [Hōreki] 8, the year of the Tiger (1758), he was appointed as a permanent escort guard (Jōzume o-tomo-ban).
Item: In the 3rd month of the same [Hōreki] 10, the year of the Dragon (1760), he was appointed to accompany [his lord] on the journey to the capital (Kyoto) and duly performed this duty.
Item: In the 9th month of the same year, he was ordered to practice court ceremonial dress and the art of robe arrangement (e-mon).
Item: In the 6th month of the same [Hōreki] 11, the year of the Snake (1761), the document archive (o-bunko) of the Mita residence was entrusted to Komuro Shōzaemon; and it was decreed that on the occasion of Shōzaemon being summoned to accompany [the lord] to Aizu, the archive should remain in his custody (i.e., continue to be held under his care).

Item: In the 10th month of the same [Hōreki] 12, the year of the Horse (1762), it was officially proclaimed that he had diligently performed his duties without any absences.
Item: In the 4th month of the same [Hōreki] 13, the year of the Goat (1763), on the occasion of [the lord's] journey down to Aizu (o-gekō), he was appointed—upon his own petition—to return [to Edo] and serve as escort, duly accompanied [the lord] down [to Aizu], and in the 6th month of the same year returned [to Edo].
Item: In the 4th month of Meiwa 1, the year of the Monkey (1764), he was appointed as a trainee in the ceremonial dress department (o-shōzoku-kata minarai).
