一 寛政元酉年（1789年）九月、親の願いの通り、重蔵と改名を仰せ付けられ候事。

Item: In the 9th month of Kansei 1, the year of the Rooster (1789), in accordance with his father's petition, he was granted permission to change his name to Jūzō.
