現代語訳
心に任せて食べ、汁も飲む。小児が七日間用いれば疱瘡を免れ、たとえ患っても軽い。一方に黄大豆と白大豆各一升に替えて五豆飲という。
鯽魚方（せきぎょほう）
鯽魚（フナ）は大小に関わらず鱗と内臓を去り、水でよく洗い、コリアンダーを細かく切り塩少しと混ぜ、フナの腹中へ入れ、厚い紙に包み灰火の中に入れて蒸し熟し、紙を去り小児に食べさせる。常に食べれば疱瘡を患わない。そのフナの鱗・内臓・骨等はみな土中に埋めるべきである。
