In the areas of Minowa, Negishi, and Ogyōnomatsu, there were extremely many collapsed houses. To the southeast, around Tōeizan-shita, Kurumazaka, Banzuin-Monzen-chō, Okitte-chō, and Yamazaki-chō, many residences and temples suffered major damage. From Shitaya Chōja-machi first district through various areas including second district substitute land and remaining land, Ueno Minamidaimon-chō, Shitaya Kurumazaka-chō, retainers' residences, and Nakakachi-machi, about six chō burned southward from a house called Takano. Turning westward, a physician called Tsujimoto burned, and five or six houses burned across from there. In Ushigome, around Akagi-shita, Kaidai-chō, Kohinata Suidō-chō, and Furukawa-chō, there were extremely many collapsed houses. From Otowa to Mejiro-dai, Zōshigaya, and Ōtsuka areas, there was no major damage. △Outside Ichigaya Gate, Lord Bishū suffered slight damage. From Kōji-machi, Iida-machi, Ban-chō, Yotsuya, and Shinjuku to Yodobashi area suffered major damage. △Outside Akasaka Gate, Lord Kishū suffered slight damage. From Tenma-chō, Samegahashi, Kiribata, Kōgai-bashi to Akabane river area suffered major damage. Meguro Hirokoji, Shirokane-dai-machi, Takanawa, Shinagawa, and Fuda-no-tsuji to the north suffered slight damage in all directions. Details will be shown in the next volume. From inside Koishikawa Gate to Surugadai, Ogawa-machi, and Sujikai Gate, there was slight damage. △Soto-Kanda, Shamisen-bori, Nanamagari, Izumi-bashi, Shin-bashi, Asakusa Gate, and Yanagi-bashi suffered slight damage. △From Suda-chō inside Sujikai Gate to Imagawa-bashi and Nihonbashi, there was much damage to houses and storehouses but no fires. △From Nihonbashi to Nakabashi, houses and storehouses suffered major damage. [○nira] Inside Wadakura Gate, the main guardhouse, Lord Matsudaira Higo-no-kami's middle residence, and the rest areas all burned. Lord Matsudaira Shimōsa-no-kami also burned. △From Sukiya-bashi to inside Gofuku-bashi and the daimyo before and after Daimyo-kōji suffered slight damage. △Opposite Tatsu-no-kuchi, the upper and middle residences of Lord Morikawa Dewa-no-kami and Lord Sakai Utanokamino-kami burned. △From Tokiwa-bashi to inside Kiji-bashi Gate suffered slight damage. △Lords Tayasu and Shimizu remained safe.
