一御家中之内ニ而事ニ寄子共慰之為物真似豆蔵抔之類屋敷之内ニ為立留
申候様之儀他国者と見受候ハヽ其屋敷〳〵へ廻り組之者立入直ニ送り出候様可申達事
一勝山表ゟたはこ荷付馬之儀江戸町筋通り申間敷旨たはこ改会所或ハ問屋共
へ厳敷被仰付候事 但町奉行へ可被申談事
一役組之者町廻りニ不限右体之儀ハ見受次第等閑ニ不致相咎候様夫々可申付事

間此段杉田権之助方へ各ゟ可被申達候且又御番人共心得方之儀ハ別紙之通可被

○別紙の通り仰せ付けられた間、取り締まり方の件について小林又右衛門（町奉行である）と申し談じ、それぞれに申し渡すべき旨

一 諸組をはじめ軽い御扶持人共の方へ、今後六部順礼・二十四拝・ちょんかれ・豆蔵体の者が参った共に、報謝の件は申すまでもなく早速送り出すよう、御目付組小頭共から諸組小頭共等へ申し通しておく事
一 町廻りの者が諸芸を見かけた場合は、その町の庄屋役人共まで相談してその上で届け出ること
一 御家中の内において、事によって子共の慰めのため物真似・豆蔵などの類を屋敷の内に立ち留まらせるような件で、他国者と見受けた場合は、その屋敷々々へ廻り組の者が立ち入り直ちに送り出すよう申し達すること
一 勝山表からたばこ荷付馬の件で、江戸町筋を通ってはならない旨、たばこ改会所或いは問屋共へ厳しく仰せ付けられた事 但し町奉行へ申し談ずべき事
一 役組の者町廻りに限らず、右体の件は見受け次第等閑にせず相咎めるよう、それぞれに申し付けること
