現代語訳
御札所へ渡すべきです。右の分は五年賦で利足三朱を済ませ、年々御札所から返納があるはずです。詳細な件については御奉行へ申し渡し置きました。右の通り御札所奉行へ申し渡したので、そのように心得るべきです。
御目付へ
○先だって仰せ出された御家中への御貸銀は、高百石に百匁当たりの割合をもって御札所銀の内から御貸しになります。右の御貸銀は三朱の利付きで当年の暮れから五年賦で上納の予定です。
一、御主意銀の内から金千両分を御札所へ渡すよう申し渡します。利足三朱を済ませ、五年賦で御主意方役所へ御札所より年々返納があるべきことです。
右の割合その他について御奉行へ申し談じて、御自分から御札所奉行へ申し聞かせるべきです。

ただし右の通り仰せ付けられても、半減中は上から御償いを下され、半減御免の上で知行取一統の割合を仰せ付けられます。下地が相定まりあることです。与内銀も半減中は割合をもって上から御償いを成し下されることです。

○From ancient times, the Amemori Denzaemon family has held a special house rank with exemption from contribution silver (yonai-gin), which is an exceptional matter. In ancient times, there were no orders for family retainer rice loans, but in current times the circumstances have changed, and if contribution silver exemption were to continue, there would be impediments, so they shall be treated the same as other family retainers. Of course, when there are no rice loans as in ancient times, they shall be exempted according to their house rank as before. This matter should be communicated to Denzaemon.
Oda Hanzaemon
○From ancient times, the Amemori Denzaemon family has held a special house rank with exemption from contribution silver, which is an exceptional matter. In ancient times, there were no orders for family retainer rice loans, but in current times the circumstances have changed, and if contribution silver exemption were to continue, there would be impediments, so they should be treated the same as other family retainers. Of course, when there are no rice loans as in ancient times, they shall be exempted according to their house rank as before. This matter should be handled accordingly in each case.
