〇川瀬次郎右衛門高畑季八郎横井久大夫儀伺之上指控被仰付置候処御免被成候間今
日ゟ致出勤候様可被申渡候且又御沙汰之趣別紙相渡候無急度可被取扱候尤御沙汰
而已之義ニ而申渡候様ニとの儀ニハ無之難有思召ニ候間申聞候左様可被相心得候
別紙御沙汰書
此度宿札書方相違之儀全間違と被思召候畢竟兼而之習せ悪敷故ケ様之
仕落も有之銘々難儀ニ及ひ候義も如何ニ思召候厚キ御底意之儀ハ御国許
御発駕前御番頭共へも被仰付置候義ニ候何程入念ニ而も事多キ中ニハ無如在仕落
間違等も可有之儀況勤方不取締りニ候得ハ自然与間違可多ル左候得ハ
上ニも御指支候事ニ候間宿割勤方ニ限り不申是迄之形合ニ不拘先ン勤之者共へ承合
以来無念之儀無之様相心掛ケ入念相勤候得ハ上下共ニ宜儀ニ思召候との御沙汰ニ候
於御右筆部屋も此段被相心得且又申聞置宜キ向ヘハ申通可被置候

江戸において
○川瀬次郎右衛門、高畑季八郎、横井久大夫について、伺いの上で謹慎を命じていたが、赦免されたので今日から出勤するよう申し渡すこと。また、御沙汰の趣旨を別紙で渡すので厳重に取り扱うこと。ただし御沙汰のみの件として申し渡すということではなく、ありがたい思し召しなので申し聞かせる。そのように心得ること。

この度の宿札書き方相違の件は、全く間違いと思し召される。結局、従来からの習慣が悪いため、このような失敗もあり、銘々が難儀に及んだことも気の毒に思し召される。厚い御心配りについては、御国許御出発前に御番頭共へも仰せ付けていることである。どんなに注意深くても事が多い中では、避けられない失敗や間違い等もあることで、況して勤め方が不徹底であれば自然と間違いも多くなる。そうすれば上にも御支障となることなので、宿割勤務に限らず申し上げるが、これまでの慣例にかかわらず、先輩の勤務者共に相談し、今後は手落ちのないよう心がけ、注意深く勤務すれば上下ともによろしいと思し召されるとの御沙汰である。
御右筆部屋においてもこの件を心得、また申し聞かせておくべき方面には申し通しておくこと。

一、今般御同居を仰せ出されるにつき、御普請を仰せ付けられること
