一御台所定夫之内是迄霊岸嶋御屋敷ニ而水汲四人減并小使八人之内四人減都合拾弐人之内八人
　減候事　但是迄御上屋敷小使之者三人都合七人ニ而打込相勤可申事
一御広敷向荒子定夫之内　光安院様御在世之節ハ仕丁之者八人有之平日夫々
勤向有之
　候而御間ニ合候処仕丁揚人ニ相成候已後ハ下番与相唱仕丁代り八人外ニ取人弐人都合拾人相渡
　候趣ニ候得共御同居之上ハ右拾人揚人ニ相成定姫様　広姫様仕丁拾六人ニ而前々之振

　合を以平日之御間合セ可申事
一御広敷定夫双方ニ而七人減候事
一霊岸嶋御広敷御門番五人御引移候上相止候事
　　但右五人之内ゟ御近火御立退之節御■■持候得共以後ハ御広敷御小人之者持候事
一同断水汲八人揚人ニ相成候事
　　但御上屋敷ニ而も水汲無之指支候義も候ハヽ是迄御上屋敷之振合を以相渡候事
一霊岸嶋表台子定夫五人相止候事
　　但御上屋敷台子是迄之人高ニ而指支候義も候ハヽ吟味之上相増候事
一御厩定夫双方ニ而三人相減候事
一霊岸嶋御右筆部屋御用人壱人相止候事
一同御花作取人弐人御掃除取人壱人相減候事
一同御作事平日〆切ニ相成御用有之節ハ御上屋敷ゟ罷越依之御屋形番御番畳方共ニ四人
　之内弐人相減御作事御番初跡役所弐人相立置日々御作事方指図之上相勤候事
一御表様御大用替壱人御小用替壱人以後被相止御花作増人ニ相成候事
一若殿様御大用替御小用替弐人之内壱人減候事
一田安御付御用人小遣御長柄代り両人之処御広敷御出居番ゟ相勤候様被仰付右御長柄代り

現代語訳

一、御方々様が御同居になられた上で、岸田次郎左衛門、出浦久三郎、坪川半四郎の三人で御番を申し合わせて相勤めるよう仰せ付けられること

一、御同居につき詰減を仰せ付けられ、都合御侍四人が御国許へ帰るよう仰せ付けられること

一、山口藤内については詰減を仰せ付けられる件であるが、馬術修行のため御残しになり、三丁火消役を仰せ付けられ、御広間御番等も相勤めるよう仰せ付けられること

一、御徒三人の詰減を仰せ付けられるが、御手合い（人手）が足りない時は御雇いを仰せ付けられるので、節約して御手合いするようにすること

一、御小姓二人の詰減を仰せ付けられること

一、御料理方一人、御台所下代助一人、御下男三人、荒子小頭一人について詰減を仰せ付けられること

一、御部屋付不寝御坊主は当分勤番の内で一人助けを仰せ付けられ、都合三人に仰せ付けられること

一、同じく御付表御坊主については、御上屋敷表台子に詰めて罷り在っては御用を弁じ申すまじきにつき、御付奥の番より伺いの通り仰せ付けられること

一、御台所定夫のうち、これまで霊岸島御屋敷で水汲四人減並びに小使八人のうち四人減で都合十二人のうち八人減らすこと。ただし、これまでの御上屋敷小使の者三人と都合七人で打ち込んで相勤めること

一、御広敷向き荒子定夫のうち、光安院様御在世の節は仕丁の者八人があり、平日それぞれ勤め向きがあって御間に合っていたが、仕丁が上がり人になった以後は下番と相唱え、仕丁代わり八人の外に取人二人、都合十人相渡していた趣であるが、御同居の上は右十人を上がり人とし、定姫様・広姫様の仕丁十六人で前々の振り合いをもって平日の御間に合わせること

一、御広敷定夫を双方で七人減らすこと

一、霊岸島御広敷御門番五人は御引き移りの上で相止めること
　ただし、右五人のうちから御近火御立ち退きの節に御■■を持っているが、以後は御広敷御小人の者が持つこと

一、同様に水汲八人を上がり人とすること
　ただし、御上屋敷でも水汲がなくて支障がある場合は、これまでの御上屋敷の振り合いをもって相渡すこと

一、霊岸島表台子定夫五人を相止めること
　ただし、御上屋敷台子がこれまでの人数で支障がある場合は吟味の上で相増すこと

一、御厩定夫を双方で三人相減らすこと

一、霊岸島御右筆部屋御用人一人を相止めること

一、同じく御花作取人二人、御掃除取人一人を相減らすこと

一、同じく御作事は平日締め切りとし、御用がある節は御上屋敷より罷り越し、これにより御屋形番・御番畳方共に四人のうち二人相減らし、御作事御番始め跡役所二人を相立て置き、日々御作事方の指図の上で相勤めること

一、御表様の御大用替一人、御小用替一人を以後相止め、御花作の増人とすること

一、若殿様の御大用替・御小用替二人のうち一人減らすこと

一、田安御付御用人小遣・御長柄代わり両人のところ、御広敷御出居番より相勤めるよう仰せ付けられ、右御長柄代わり
