〇白方石新保石橋川尻両橋屋西畑高屋大窪免鳥浜住拾ケ村地之上
御鷹場被相止植松作付被仰付候間此段御代官西村勘五兵衛へ被申渡各吟味之上宜
被取計候第一村々成立之儀并追々見取米等御代官入念取扱候様被申聞無詮
事ニ不相成候様可被取計候地所其外共ニ故障無之様郡奉行井原丞助鳥見頭
川村文平へ申渡候間猶又諸事各ゟ被申談場境等得与被相糺且又今度御鷹場
被相止候場所後年ニ至候而も相知候様可被取計候

難儀之族も可有之哉ニ候間今般之儀ハ別而困窮之面々改而願之上拝借可被仰
付候此度願不申上相残り候面々年を越候とも不時相願候ハヽ其節此度拝借
現代語訳
の通り万事上水掛かりの御目付へ詳細に報告・相談の上、事の軽重によりかかって御目付から郡奉行へ通達することもあるものである。
右の通り心得ること。なお、上水方廻りの者が申し付けることについて、村々で違背せず、上水を汚すことがないよう、従来通り村役人をはじめ村人たちが心得違いしないよう、厳重に申し付けること。上水奉行については、天明八年申年に道方兼帯勤務を仰せ付けられた節からの振り合いで、従来とは変わることもあるものである。
御目付
〇上水方のことは上水奉行へも申し渡すべき旨
同日 但し御奉行へも心得として出す

〇真松売買については従来から御指留（禁止）であるところ、近年猥りに（勝手に）なっている由が聞こえている。今後は従来通り売買しないよう仰せ付けられた。もし背く者があれば厳しく御咎めを仰せ付けられるので、この旨をしっかりと心得るよう支配下へ厳重に申し付けること。
四月五日 但し山奉行へは御奉行から申し聞かせる旨
御奉行
〇白方・石新保・石橋・川尻両橋屋・西畑・高屋・大窪・免鳥浜住十ヶ村の地の上で、御鷹場を止めて植松作付けを仰せ付けられたので、この段を御代官西村勘五兵衛へ申し渡し、各々吟味の上よろしく取り計らうこと。第一に村々の成り立ちのことならびに追々の見取米等について御代官が入念に取り扱うよう申し聞かせ、無駄なことにならないよう取り計らうこと。地所その他ともに故障がないよう郡奉行井原丞助・鳥見頭川村文平へ申し渡したので、なお諸事各々から申し談じ、場境等をよく調べ、かつまた今度御鷹場を止めた場所が後年に至っても分かるよう取り計らうこと。
五月二十七日 鳥見頭・郡奉行へ同趣それぞれ仰せ渡しあり

〇長々と過分な御借米を仰せ付けられ、御家中が難儀している段をお気の毒に思し召している。これにより去格の通り一統に御貸銀を仰せ付けられた。なお詳細については次の席で御奉行たちから書付けを渡すので、そのように心得るべき旨。
