一御預所ニ付表諸入用も多有之候ニ付是迄ハ口米代表御貯落ニ相成候へ共年々
少金之儀ニ而御助勢ニ相成候儀も薄く候ヘハ以後御除金ニ相成金高ニも及候ハヽ其節
ハ一応之御助勢ニも可相成儀ニ付如此被仰出候間此段可被相心得候
但今年上納有之候去ル丑年口米代ゟ御除金ニ可被取計候

現代語訳
一、御預所については表向きの諸入用も多くあるので、これまでは口米代が表向きの御貯蓄の不足分となっていたが、年々少額のことで御助勢になることも薄いので、以後は御除金となり金高にも及ぶならば、その節には一応の御助勢にもなることができるので、このように仰せ出されたので、この段を心得るべきである。
ただし今年上納のあった去る丑年の口米代から御除金に取り計らうべきである。
右の通り心得て取り計らうべきである ただし御趣意方へも右の通り取り計らうよう御奉行から申し聞かせるべき旨

〇公辺向きをはじめ諸事の御勤めに関わる従来の御家格並びに御先代様御以来格別の御振る舞い等をよくよく糺して、この度御記録を仕立てるよう仰せ出された。もちろんこれまで皆がよく取り扱ってきたことなので、御差し支えと申すほどのことはないが、不案内の面々は早速に分かりかねることもあるので、以来便宜のためと思し召されている。すなわち別紙を渡すので、右の趣旨を追々調べるべきである。御定例のことはもちろん、非常のことであっても厚く申し談じて取り調べるべき旨仰せ出された。よってそれぞれ右の御用掛かりを仰せ付けられる。かつまた外に別紙名元の通り右の御用掛かりを仰せ付けられるので、その段を申し渡すべきである。

1. Regarding the entrusted territories, there are many official expenses, so until now the rice payment funds have covered shortfalls in official reserves. However, since the annual small amounts provide little assistance, henceforth they shall become reserve funds, and when the monetary amount increases, they can provide substantial assistance. This has been ordered, so this matter should be understood.
However, the rice payment funds from the previous Ox year that were submitted this year shall be managed as reserve funds.
The above should be understood and implemented. The magistrates should also inform the Policy Office to handle matters in this manner.

〇Regarding matters concerning the shogunate and all official duties, the traditional family status and the special conduct since the previous lord's time should be thoroughly investigated, and official records should be compiled as ordered. Of course, since everyone has handled these matters well until now, there are no significant problems, but unfamiliar personnel may not understand quickly, so this is considered for future convenience. The attached documents are therefore provided, and these matters should be gradually investigated. Not only routine matters but also extraordinary affairs should be thoroughly discussed and investigated as ordered. Therefore, each person is assigned to this duty. Additionally, others are assigned to this duty as listed in the attached document, and this should be communicated.

Besides the above, there are numerous matters concerning the shogunate, so for all matters that differ from established customs or change in form, annotations should be made in the respective sections.
