これがあれば御蔵所において御道具を貸し渡し、仕立て直して相納め申すべきである。晩稲米に至っては米数も多いことなので、仕立て直し等は混雑して申し付け難いことがあろう。別して念を入れ粗末無きよう仕立てて相納めするよう申し付けるべきである。
一、村々納米のある内、御趣意により当分御代官下代共の内一日に両人ずつ回りに明里御蔵所へ相詰め、納米村別員数名前等まで領別に相記し、日々当番の者からその領々へ相回るよう申し談ずべきである。左候えば御代官所においても日々納米の様子を承知し、自然と吟味方も行き届き申すことである。もちろん御収納取立て最中、下代共の出役指し支えることもあろうが、大勢の仲間なので申し談じて成るだけ相勤めるべきである。それでも余儀なく指し支える節はその段を御勘定所へ申し達するよう申し談ずべきである。
一、米見御足軽共の儀について、これまで勤め馴れた者の中から相応しく適当な者が罷り出るよう申し談ずべきである。右の趣を御代官並びに御蔵奉行共へ申し聞かせるべきである。

〇真松を売買することは御法度である。しかるところ忍び売りをする者があり、済まないことなので度々相触れたが、今以って相止まない。この節百姓が市場へ真松を持ち出し、すぐに買い求めた町人両人を咎め申し付けた。右の百姓は何方の者か分からないので、相尋ね召し捕り指し出すよう村々役人共へ申し渡すよう山奉行へ申し渡すべきである。
