〇御家中至而困窮之趣甚御苦労ニ思召候為御手当去ル寅年御貸銀当暮上
納之分御見延被成下候 右之通可被相触候

〇箱訴いたし夫々吟味被仰付候節訴候趣役頭相含訳合相糺可申事
一右ハ願相叶候否ニハ不相拘候得共箱訴ニ付御吟味有之候へハ願相叶も同然之事
ニ相響候故之事ニ候
一箱訴仕方御条目ニ相背ケ候仕方於有之ハ吟味之上其沙汰可有之事

御札所目付
〇御家中が非常に困窮している状況を大変お気の毒に思し召され、御手当のため去る寅年の御貸銀について当暮上納分を御見延ばし（支払延期）してくださった。右の通り触れ回すべきである。
九月二十五日
御目付へ
〇箱訴を行い、それぞれ吟味を仰せ付けられた際、訴えの趣旨を役頭が理解し、事情を詳しく調べ申すべきこと
一 右については願いが叶うか否かに関わらず、箱訴について御吟味があれば、願いが叶ったのと同然のことに響くためのことである
一 箱訴の仕方が御条目に背く仕方がある場合は、吟味の上でその沙汰があるべきこと
十一月十九日 右の趣旨を支配頭へ伝達すべき旨
御奉行
〇今度の御趣意により、十四領の御代官雇下代三人のうち、一領に一人ずつ十俵取の雇下代に仰せ付けられたので、外役所の下代に空きがある際は追々割替えし、右の通り取り計らうべきである。
十一月二十日
御奉行
〇去年来、御武具御道具の仕分け御改めを仰せ付けられ、諸手入れ交わりがあったところ、入替え等を仰せ付けられたため、これまでの御勘定帳は廃止し、御道具帳に改められた。もっとも今年より新規に出来た御道具共は年々御道具帳に記載すべき旨が仰せ出された。

〇右同断の取扱いをするよう土屋十郎右衛門へ申し聞かせるべきである。

〇 When box petitions are submitted and respective investigations are ordered, the department heads should understand the nature of the petition and thoroughly investigate the circumstances.
Article 1: Regardless of whether the petition is granted or not, when there is an investigation regarding a box petition, it has the same effect as if the petition were granted.
Article 1: If the method of box petition violates the regulations, there shall be judgment after investigation.

〇 According to the recent policy, among the three deputy administrators serving the magistrates of the fourteen territories, one person per territory has been appointed as a ten-hyō stipend deputy administrator. When there are vacancies among deputy administrators in other offices, they should gradually be reassigned accordingly.

〇 Since last year, the sorting and inspection of military equipment and tools has been ordered, and various maintenance work has been conducted. Due to orders for replacements, the previous accounting ledgers have been discontinued and changed to equipment registers. Furthermore, it has been decreed that newly made equipment from this year onward should be recorded annually in the equipment registers.

〇 Tsuchiya Jūrōzaemon should be informed to handle the above matter in the same manner.
