〇兼而被仰出も在之候処近頃諸組諸下代之内家内之者抔衣服等次第ニ
相ゆるみ候様子ニ相聞候間夫々〆り方等閑ニ無之様頭々之面々江可被申聞候
但小役人初小算等之類惣而支配有之面々ヘハ是亦為心得右之趣可被申聞置候
四月廿九日
但五月十一日右書付御城代を始諸物頭其外末々迄壱通ツヽ相達之候

〇御台所御用達蜜柑屋伝右衛門与申者今度改而干物類問屋被仰付候間其段
可申渡候依之為冥加毎年白銀弐枚ツヽ指上可申事以後〆り方之義別紙之通
可申付旨
一今度干物類問屋被仰付候而干物類直段高直ニ相成且亦他国廻等払
底ニ相成及指支ニ候義も在之候ハヽ問屋株被指留候事
一御台所御用物入念を上品之物指上直段等御不益無之様可相勤事
一於市場不宜之取扱致間敷惣而小商人共難義之筋無之様相心得可申事
一今度問屋株被仰付候ニ付而ハ店小売等堅致間敷事

〇先達而従 公儀被仰出候菜種大坂廻り之義三国湊を初一統廻船出入
厳重ニ締方無之候而ハ吟味難指詰上領之内河野浦今泉浦之義も前々ゟ
諸産物他国へ廻船出入被指免置候場所ニ付去巳夏菜種取計方
公儀ゟ被仰出も有之猶亦締方被仰付候得共是迄口銭にも無之ニ付諸色
改方不参届菜種石数不相分未 御届も出来兼候処 公辺ゟも度々
御尋も有之尚又追々吟味方被仰付今年ゟ改役人被指出候仍之失却も
有之旁三国湊同様口銭取立被仰付候間此段夫々可被申渡候

但し忰が無い面々が詰めている際、年頃の無息の者共を繰り合わせて一人ずつ指し出すことは願いの通り仰せ付けられるであろう。この段は御自分の心得のため申し聞かせる

○兼ねて仰せ出されたこともあるところ、近頃諸組諸下代の内、家内の者などの衣服等が次第に緩んでいる様子に聞こえるので、それぞれ締め方等閑にならないよう頭々の面々へ申し聞かせるべきである
但し小役人をはじめ小算等の類、総て支配のある面々へはこれもまた心得のため右の趣を申し聞かせ置くべきである
四月二十九日
但し五月十一日、右書付を御城代をはじめ諸物頭その外末々まで一通ずつ相達した

○御台所御用達蜜柑屋伝右衛門という者、今度改めて干物類問屋に仰せ付けられるので、その段を申し渡すべきである。これにより冥加として毎年白銀二枚ずつ指し上げること。以後締め方の義は別紙の通り申し付けるべき旨
一、今度干物類問屋に仰せ付けられて干物類の直段が高値になり、且つまた他国廻り等で払底になり支障に及ぶことがあれば、問屋株を指し留められること
一、御台所御用物は入念に上品の物を指し上げ、直段等で御不益のないよう相勤めること
一、市場において不宜しい取り扱いをしてはならない。総て小商人共が難儀することのないよう心得ること
一、今度問屋株に仰せ付けられることについては、店小売等を堅く致してはならないこと
五月十六日
東郷三郎右衛門
○先達って公儀より仰せ出された菜種大坂廻りの義、三国湊をはじめ一統廻船出入を厳重に締め方がなくては吟味を指し詰め難い。上領の内、河野浦今泉浦の義も前々より諸産物他国へ廻船出入を指し免じ置かれた場所につき、去る巳夏菜種取り計らい方について公儀より仰せ出しもあり、なお又締め方を仰せ付けられたけれども、これまで口銭もないにつき諸色改め方が参り届かず、菜種石数が相分からず、未だ御届も出来兼ねるところ、公辺よりも度々御尋ねもあり、なお又追々吟味方を仰せ付け今年より改役人を指し出された。仍って失却もあり、かたがた三国湊同様口銭取り立てを仰せ付けられるので、この段それぞれ申し渡すべきである

○別紙の通り仰せ付けられ、その段を東郷三郎右衛門へ申し渡し置いたので、宜しく取り計らわれたい

However, for minor officials, petty clerks and the like, and all those under supervision, this matter should also be communicated for their understanding

However, on Fifth Month, 11th Day, the above notice was distributed one copy each to the castle deputy, various military commanders, and all others down to the lowest ranks
To the Town Magistrates
○The person called Mikaniya Denuemon, who serves as purveyor to the kitchen, is now newly appointed as dried goods wholesaler, so this should be communicated. Accordingly, as gratitude payment, he shall submit two pieces of white silver annually. Hereafter, regulatory matters shall be ordered as stated in the separate document:
1. If the appointment as dried goods wholesaler causes prices of dried goods to become high, or if shortages occur due to shipments to other provinces causing difficulties, the wholesale license shall be suspended
1. For kitchen supplies, high-quality goods should be carefully selected and submitted, ensuring no loss in pricing
1. Improper handling at the market is forbidden. Care should be taken that small merchants do not suffer hardships
1. Regarding this appointment as wholesaler, retail sales at the shop are strictly forbidden

Togo Saburoemon
○Regarding the rapeseed shipments to Osaka previously ordered by the shogunate, without strict regulation of ship traffic at Mikuni Port and other ports, investigations cannot be thoroughly conducted. Within the upper territory, Kono Port and Imaizumi Port have been previously authorized locations for shipping various products to other provinces. Last summer, orders were issued by the shogunate regarding rapeseed handling methods, and further regulations were ordered. However, since there were no port fees until now, inspections of various goods were inadequate, rapeseed quantities were unclear, and reports could not be completed. With repeated inquiries from the shogunate and successive investigation orders, inspection officials have been appointed from this year. Due to losses incurred, port fees similar to those at Mikuni Port are now ordered to be collected. This matter should be communicated to each relevant party
