幕府の御裁許が済み、地境は先例の通りと仰せ出されたが、これにより再び混雑が生じては済まない義につき、この度幕府へも御届けの上、宿浦楫埋場際に新番所ができ、諸事場所が猥りにならないよう、その上他領境出入は緩やかな義でもあるので御趣意があり、当分各組分役共の内一人、渥美新右衛門組から人柄吟味の上一人、都合両人にて相守るよう申し付けるべきである。右等の趣は新右衛門へも申し達すべきである。且つまた右場所の勤め方、諸締りの義は新右衛門が申し談じ、得と申し含み指し越すべきである。右の趣につき番人共へ左の通り下し置かれるので、これまた左様相心得申し付けるべきである。

Henceforth, if there are any questionable matters, investigations will be conducted and punishments will be imposed accordingly, so this must be strictly observed without any misunderstanding. ○Regarding control measures for the construction office, while these have likely been handled according to previous practices, since this is originally an office with many official duties, discussions should be held to ensure that various matters do not become neglected. First, regarding control measures and profitable ventures, and furthermore, all personnel starting with the master carpenters should be strictly instructed to work with particular diligence. The above matters have been newly announced.

To the Four-District Magistrate
○Regarding the procurement of charcoal, firewood, barrels, and anything else offered by the two towns of Nakayama and Kotohara in Tenshu domain, such procurement was forbidden, and furthermore fraternizing with people from these two towns was prohibited as ordered in the year of the Snake. However, since this is no longer necessary, it may now be done as desired.
