〇先達而御法事御取扱被仰出之通御国表御納り之御方々様ハ御国計御法事

〇御侍へ小役人一統格由緒無之縁組不相成段去夏被仰出有之候得共奥向
御奉公相勤候右格合之娘御目見致し御紋類拝領被仰付候者ハ由緒
無之共御侍へ縁組相願候義不苦旨被仰出候勿論此表限り之儀ニ而御国表之
儀ハ先達而被仰出候通可相心得事ニ候

一諸職人水役上納之儀是迄ハ壱ケ年送りニ致上納来候趣ニ候へ共今年ゟ其年々水役

現代語訳
江戸にて 佐野内膳
○先達て御法事御取り扱いを仰せ出された通り、御国表に御納まりの御方々様は御国だけで御法事、江戸表に御納まりの御方々様は江戸だけで御法事を御執行するよう仰せ付けられた。もっとも御位牌のある御寺方へは御香典御回向料あるいは御香典だけを供えられること。右の段は心得のため天徳寺へも申し達し置くべきである。但し右の外に相達するのが然るべき御寺方へもこれまた申し達すべきことである。
十月六日
江戸にて 佐野内膳
○御侍へ小役人一統の格、由緒なき縁組は相成らない段、去夏仰せ出しがあったけれども、奥向御奉公相勤める右格合の娘が御目見致し、御紋類拝領を仰せ付けられた者は、由緒なくとも御侍へ縁組を相願う義は苦しからざる旨仰せ出された。勿論この表限りの義にて、御国表の義は先達て仰せ出された通り相心得べき事である。

○御作事御用木持ち送り、口町持ち継ぎの義につき、町方組頭共の願いの義、先達て相達し承知させたところ、急に相分かりかねる義があるので、右願書長く預かり置く。吟味中、御用木持ち継ぎの義がある節は、これまで持ち継ぎ来たる口町の分は、御勘定所より御自分役所へ差紙指し出すよう御奉行共へ申し渡したので、左様相心得、組頭共へ申し渡し置くべきである。

御作事奉行
○御作事方御用相勤める諸職人共の作料米渡し方並びに水役取り立て等の義、前々より諸庄屋共に取り扱い来た趣であるけれども、紛らわしき義も相聞こえるので、右両様共この以後御作事役所において取り扱うべき事
一、諸職人水役上納の義、これまでは一ヶ年送りに致し上納来た趣であるけれども、今年よりその年々の水役をその年上納申すべき事

○Regarding the transport of construction lumber and relay handling by entrance towns, the petition from town group leaders was previously communicated and acknowledged, but there are matters that cannot be quickly resolved, so the petition will be held for an extended period.
