一、一ヶ年送りとなった分について今年上納を仰せ付けるべき義であるが、御了承の上、来未年より永年賦で成し下されること
右の通り仰せ出されたので、よろしく取り扱うこと。しかしながら右につき御用が多くなり、下代共の勤め方が手に余るようであれば、御奉行共申し談じ、当分雇い下代一人を申し付け、締め方よろしく御用向を相弁じるよう取り計らうべきこと

○Regarding the matter of reporting rapeseed quantities in koku to the Osaka Town Magistrate's Office following the official notice from the shogunate in the fourth month of the previous Year of the Snake, when inquiry was made to the authorities, it was announced that following the precedent from before April of last year, no notification was required for now, and accordingly the respective responsible officials were relieved of this duty.

○The years of borrowed rice among the retainer households have accumulated, and their increasing destitution is causing great concern. Therefore, following the precedent of the previous Year of the Horse, relief will be provided based on the rate per hyō [rice bale], so please understand accordingly.
