不容易儀候間面々心得も可有之事
一近頃御家中ニ而隣家屋敷境猥ニ致置或ハ不〆り之路次等明置通路いたし候族も
有之趣相聞候間向後堅無用ニ候
但無拠訳合ニ而路次等明候ハヽ其段御目付へ相達可申事
一御家中面々無余儀用事ニ而町家へ罷越候儀ハ格別ニ候町家之者与出合候節是
迄不正儀も有之候様相聞候是等之儀ハ心得も可有之儀ニ候へ共以来ハ作法正敷可致事
一御家中召仕之女他行相願候ヘハ是迄ハ夜分ニ而も暇遣深更ニ及候迄も不罷帰或ハ
一夜泊ニ暇を願先方へ参り不埒之儀も有之趣相聞候親子兄弟并親類縁者之
内病気等ニ而見廻ニ罷越候歟又ハはきと相顕レ候用事ニ而暇相願候ハヽ罷越候先方

一町方家内他行之儀双方約 諾之上ニ而振廻集会或ハ用事等之節ハ夜分とても格
別故なく夜分他行或ハ辻立等之儀致間敷候并召仕候下女等も可准候事
一御家中出入之方へ罷越候とも不礼不埒之儀無之様礼儀を正し可申事年若成者
ハ別而心得も可有之事
一用事有之侍中罷越候とも不礼無之猥成取扱不致様堅相守可申事
一盆中夜分十三以下子共他町を不交一町を限り躍之儀ハ兼而為相触候通ニ候
右年齢より以上之子共之儀ハ踊差出間敷候若疑敷筋も於有之ハ急度吟
味可申事
一町方之女共近年ハ売女之体ニ似寄候者も有之由ニ候右体之儀無之様可致事

一町方裏道小路軽キ者共或ハ孀暮体之者不埒成出会宿等いたし渡世之様ニ
相心得候者も有之由ニ候以来右体之趣厳敷致吟味猥成儀無之様取扱可申事
一目明之者共下目明之者拵置捕方等へ手筋相求候弁之ためニハ可有之候へ共近
年下目明之者数多ニ相成候様相聞候以来ハ目明之者壱人ニ何人与数を定置候

一薬売物真似師居合抜之他国者御城下ニ逗留致候儀堅吟味可申付且菜
売之儀ハ目明之者致吟味免札差遣逗留為致候へ共以来之儀ハ免札相止菜売
現代語訳
良い夫婦の間も不正から事が起こる道理である。その品によって双方を御吟味の上で御沙汰に及ぶべきである。そうであれば軽々しい事であるから、面々心得があるべきこと。
一、近頃御家中で隣家屋敷の境をみだりに設置し、或いは締まりのない路次等を開けて通路にしている族もある趣相聞こえるので、向後堅く無用である。
但し、やむを得ない訳合で路次等を開ける場合は、その段を御目付へ届け出ること。
一、御家中面々がやむを得ない用事で町家へ出向くことは格別であるが、町家の者と出会う節、これまで不正な事もあった様に相聞こえる。これらの事は心得があるべき事であるが、以来は作法正しく行うこと。
一、御家中が召し使う女の他行を願い出る場合、これまでは夜分でも暇を与え、深更に及んでも帰らず、或いは一夜泊まりの暇を願って先方へ参り、不埒な事もあった趣相聞こえる。親子兄弟並びに親類縁者の内で病気等で見舞いに出向くか、又ははっきりと明らかな用事で暇を願う場合は、出向く先方を承知の上で暇を与えること。もし先方が違うことをして後で相聞こえれば、きっと申し付けること。みだりに夜行しないよう主人々は心得ること。
但し、これまで定められた宿下りの事は格別のこと。
十月二十五日 支配のある面々は心得をもって申し聞かすべき旨
町奉行
一、町方家内の他行の事、双方了承の上での振る舞いや集会或いは用事等の節は夜分でも格別であるが、故なく夜分他行や辻立等の事をしてはならない。並びに召し使う下女等も同様とすること。
一、御家中の出入りの方へ出向いても、不礼不埒な事のないよう礼儀を正すこと。年若い者は別して心得があるべきこと。
一、用事があって侍中へ出向いても、不礼のないよう、みだらな取り扱いをしないよう堅く相守ること。
一、盆中夜分、十三歳以下の子供が他町を交えず一町を限りとしての踊りの事は、兼ねて触れ回した通りである。右の年齢より上の子供の事は、踊りに出してはならない。もし疑わしい筋があれば、きっと吟味すること。
一、町方の女共で、近年は売女の体に似寄った者もある由である。このような事のないようにすること。
覚
一、町方の裏道小路で身分の軽い者共或いは寡婦のような者が不埒な出会いや宿等をして渡世のように心得ている者もある由である。以来このような趣は厳しく吟味し、みだらな事のないよう取り扱うこと。
一、目明の者共が下目明の者を拵えて置き、捕り方等への手筋を求める便のためにはあるであろうが、近年下目明の者が数多になった様に相聞こえる。以来は目明の者一人に何人と数を定めて置くよう取り扱うこと。
一、薬売り、物真似師、居合抜きの他国者が御城下に逗留することは堅く吟味すべきこと。且つ菜売りの事は、目明の者が吟味して免札を差し遣わし逗留させていたが、以来の事は免札を止めて菜売り
