被仰出候間其旨相心得猶亦御奉行共初掛り之者へ申談取計可申候呉々も
右御趣法之儀夫々手先末々之者ニ至迄委敷申聞厳重ニ相守第一御〆り
方宜潔白ニ相勤今般被仰出候御趣意出精相励候者へハ御吟味之上御褒美
金子も可被下置候且又諸役諸向是迄之仕来或ハ形合ニ相拘り取計方等閑候義も
相聞候節者急度可被仰付筈ニ候間御為筋専一ニ精勤相心懸候様可申聞置候旨

公辺江茂御届被成格外御倹約被仰付候ニ付別紙書付之通被仰出候夫々
可取扱旨 但其役筋之支配有之面々ハ夫々可申聞置旨
一御近習番共泊御番判形之儀御国江戸表共ニ御免被成候間其段御近習

諸役所向けに御定金を以て取り扱うよう仰せ付けられたが、
役所向けによって差支えがある趣も聞こえるので、その向きは御定金
取扱いを相止め、この度思し召しを以て御趣法を新たに相立て、
日々の請払い並びに諸勘定の儀を月々相改めるよう
仰せ出されるので、その旨相心得、猶また御奉行共を初め掛かりの者へ申し談じ取り計らうべきである。くれぐれも
右御趣法の儀、それぞれ手先末々の者に至るまで詳しく申し聞かせ厳重に相守り、第一御締め
方よろしく潔白に相勤め、今般仰せ出される御趣意に出精相励む者へは御吟味の上御褒美
金子も下し置かれる予定である。且つまた諸役諸向これまでの仕来たりあるいは形合いに拘わり、取り計らい方等閑な儀も
聞こえる節は必ず仰せ付けられる筈であるので、御為筋を専一に精勤を相心懸けるよう申し聞かせ置くべき旨

handling is discontinued, and by the lord's intention, new financial policies are established.
Daily receipts and payments and all accounting matters are to be reviewed monthly
as ordered, so understanding this, furthermore consult and arrange with the magistrates and other responsible persons. Repeatedly,
regarding these financial policies, inform all subordinates down to the lowest ranks in detail and strictly observe them, with the first priority being proper management
conducted with integrity. For those who work diligently in accordance with the intentions announced this time, after examination, reward
money will also be granted. Moreover, if various roles and departments are heard to be negligent in their handling due to adherence to past customs or formalities,
strict orders will certainly be issued, so they should be told to focus exclusively on what benefits the lord and work diligently.
