一今般格別之御倹約厳重御取縮之御時節ニ付諸役所御定金之高御定被仰付役所〳〵
存一盃御定之内ニ而取扱候様夫々可申談事
但其以前趣法書を指出候様被申談尚又右趣法書を以被相伺何も評議之上相定可申事
一御在国中御用有之候而も御用無之候而も御作事方之者毎日相詰候へ共向後ハ何時ニ而も
御用之節ニ斗罷出平日不及相詰候間其段夫々可被申聞候

一此度御趣意有之楮御用株増植被仰付候於村々荒地或ハ山畑道添
等外作難生立場所へ村々ゟ十ケ所程ツヽ指木又者根を分植付候様可被申付候
但植付候場所多有之村々ハ随分増植株作候様可被申付候
一右御用楮株之分者伐取候時節ニ至候ハヽ出来高何程与申儀夫々相達候様
可被申付候 但右納所并御手当筋之儀ハ追而可被仰付候
一御領分ニ而楮仲買蒸屋之儀近年御指留被置候得共向後右之商売

但しその以前に趣法書を提出するよう申し談じ、なお又その趣法書をもって相伺い、何事も評議の上で決定すること

一御家老御名代の節、御用人・御目付・御坊主等が出向く儀を取りやめ、手水の儀は御寺で取り扱うよう仰せ出されたので、その旨を御用人へ申し達したので、そのよう心得ること

御領分村々に植え付けてある楮株が一村にどれほどずつあるか、この度株改めを仰せ付けられたので、各組の者が回って吟味の上、株高を書付けて提出すること
但し右株高楮は向後減らさないよう申し付けること
一この度御趣意があり楮御用株の増植を仰せ付けられたので、村々において荒地或いは山畑・道添等で他の作物が育ちにくい場所へ、村々から十ヶ所程ずつ指木又は根を分けて植え付けるよう申し付けること
但し植え付け場所の多い村々は随分増植株を作るよう申し付けること
一右御用楮株の分は伐り取る時節に至ったならば、出来高がどれほどという儀をそれぞれ申し達すよう申し付けること 但し右納所並びに御手当筋の儀は追って仰せ付けること

1. Although the deputy officials (daikan) would go out to the lord's route during both arrival at and departure from the castle, henceforth they need not go out, so this matter shall be communicated to the deputy officials.

During the lord's residence in the domain, the construction workers would be on duty daily whether there was official business or not, but henceforth they shall only report when there is official business and need not be on duty on regular days, so this matter shall be communicated to each of them.

○As per the separate document, to be ordered to the villages:
An inspection of paper mulberry plants has been ordered to determine how many paper mulberry plants are planted in each village within the domain territory, so members of each group shall make rounds for examination and submit written records of plant quantities.
However, the quantities of said paper mulberry plants shall not be reduced henceforth.
1. Due to the lord's current policy, increased planting of paper mulberry for official use has been ordered, so in villages, on wasteland or mountain fields, roadsides, and other places where other crops are difficult to cultivate, about ten locations per village shall plant cuttings or divided roots.
However, villages with many planting locations shall be ordered to cultivate as many increased plants as possible.
1. When the time comes to harvest these official paper mulberry plants, the yield amounts shall be reported respectively. However, matters concerning storage locations and compensation will be ordered later.
1. Regarding paper mulberry middlemen and steaming houses within the domain territory, these have been prohibited in recent years, but henceforth if there are those who wish to engage in such trade, they may report after examination.
