一、先達て諸国一統で諸物価が高くならないよう幕府から命令があり、当地でも命令が出された通り厳重に守るべきことではあるが、さらにできる限り値下げして、右の御趣意が行き届いた国には幕府からの沙汰も格別にあるだろう。御首尾に関わる重要なことである。もっとも、その年によって時々品不足となり、自然と高値になることもあるが、その品物を取り扱う者たちは十分心得て、できる限り安値で売買すること
一、総じて御国で製造される品をできる限り御用いになる、右の御趣意を承知して、着用の品その他ともに、できる限り御国で製造される品を用いるよう心がけること

○百姓が江戸表へ奉公に出る際は、役所へ願い出て指図を受けた上で出かけるのが定法である。しかし近頃は役所へ願い出ずに、内々で村役人たちと相談して奉公に出ている様子が聞こえ、不届きの至りである。元来村方の人数が減っては田畑の労働力も薄くなり、年貢の徴収も自然と良くない。村方の人数は一人でも多くいるよう心得、今後奉公に出る者があれば必ず役所へ願い出て指図を受けた上で出かけること。万一この上願い出ずに出かける者がいれば、必ず御仕置きを申し付ける。よって村々はもちろん、大庄屋・頭百姓たちへも厳重に申し渡すよう命じられたこと
