〇去亥年為御手当人高減少いたし取続相勤候様被仰付候然ル処去亥年凶作
　免合等も相下り一統難儀候事ニ思召候依之当子年之儀も格別之
　思召を以為御手当去亥年之通万端相心得面々倹約専致勘弁相勤候様被
　仰出候以上
　　但御役料取之面々ハ当年も御借被成候尤割合之儀者追而御奉行共ゟ可申達候間此段

〇御預所諸事取扱之儀是迄御用屋敷ニ而取扱来候処御趣意有之ニ付向後御勘定

　被申渡候間左様可相心得候且又山奉行用水奉行是迄右御用屋敷へ相詰諸事
　取扱候得共御趣意有之ニ付向後御勘定所之内役所被仰付候内評之通建継等
　出来候上右役所ニ而諸事是迄之通取扱候様両役之面々江可申聞旨諸事指支無之

一、寛政四年子年
諸月番へ

○去る亥年は御手当として人数を減少させ、取り続き相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた。しかし去る亥年は凶作で、免税率なども下がり、一同が困窮していることを思し召しになった。これにより当子年の件も格別の思し召しをもって御手当として、去る亥年の通り万事を心得て、面々が倹約を専らとして勘弁し相勤めるよう仰せ出された。以上

ただし御役料取りの面々は当年も御借用を成される。もっとも割合の件は追って御奉行共から申し達すべきであるから、この段心得るべき旨

正月二十九日
御預所元締役並びに郡奉行へ

○御預所の諸事取扱いの件は、これまで御用屋敷にて取扱ってきたところ、御趣意があるため今後は御勘定所の内にて取扱うよう仰せ付けられたので、評定日以外は囲いなどができた上で御勘定所へ引き移し諸[二行読めず]

右の趣旨を私から申し聞かせる旨
御奉行へ

○御預所元締役・郡奉行並びに御代官共の諸事取扱いの件は、これまで御用屋敷にて取扱ってきたところ、御趣意があるため今後は御勘定所の内にて諸事をこれまでの通り取扱うよう仰せ付けられ、その段申し渡されたので、そのように心得るべきである。また山奉行・用水奉行は、これまで右の御用屋敷へ詰めて諸事を取扱ってきたが、御趣意があるため今後は御勘定所の内に役所を仰せ付けられ、内評の通り建て継ぎなどができた上で右の役所にて諸事をこれまでの通り取扱うよう、両役の面々へ申し聞かせる旨、諸事に差し支えなく、もっとも御費用の筋に相成らないよう取扱うべき旨、なお又御目付共と相談すべき旨
御目付へ

To the Magistrates

○ Regarding the handling of various matters by the Chief Administrator of Entrusted Territories, District Magistrates, and Deputy Officials, these have been handled at the administrative office until now, but due to certain intentions, it has been ordered that from now on various matters be handled within the accounting office in the same manner as before, and this has been communicated. This should be understood accordingly.
