一、当年詰越（江戸詰めの延長）も仰せ出されるにつき、年若の面々が御門外等へ他出し、詰越となれば自然と他出の数も多くなる義につき、心得違い不埒の筋が出来ないよう厚く相心得るべき旨が仰せ出されました。茶屋などへ出かければ無益の金銀を遣い捨てるようになり、良いことからは悪しきことは成り易いものです。上におかれても甚だ御苦労に思し召されますので、その向々の仲間で頭立つ年頃の者が心付けをするよう仰せ出されることです。

○当年、御名代として若殿様が御国へ入られる御伺いにつき、御道中御供回り御行列并びに御国における御取扱い等、初めての御入部と申すのであれば御先例の通りになるべきことですが、今度の件は御表様の御名代として入られることですので、諸事、去々戌年の御表様御帰国の御振合いで入られます。この段、諸向へ心得のため申し渡すよう仰せ出されました。

但し、右の趣は御国表へは四月五日仰せ出されました。

○御使番詰所は近年御時宜役部屋へ詰めるよう仰せ付けられていましたが、今年から以前の通り御使番所へ詰めるよう仰せ出されました。

○御荒子共の件、御城下内でも必ず一腰帯刀すべきです。もっとも勤向の品によっては脇指一腰を帯刀しない勤向もございます。これはこれまでの通り相心得べきです。軽くても御指物人の処を御立てくださいますので、以後心得違いのないよう相心得申すべきです。
