諸下代迄
〇今般厚キ思召を以厳重御勝手御取〆被仰付候ニ付而ハ御為筋相心掛役所ニ勤
向打はまり可相勤候町人百姓共ゟ聊たり共音物等堅請申間敷候若音物請
候面々も於有之ハ急度可被仰付候且近年家居土蔵共ニ結構を尽シ其上家内奢
かましき暮方着類等迄身分不相応ニ花麗成品を相用候事被下置候御切米
高とハ引合不申甚不都合成儀不相済事ニ候依之小算以下当時身分不相応
之物数奇等ハ致替可申候尤土蔵之儀ハ火除之為ニ候得ハ九尺四方斗小キ分ハ不苦候
勿論向後身分相応ニ心得違無之様急度相守可申候若心得違之者有之ニおゐてハ
其節ハ御咎可被仰付候間右之趣急度相守可申候
八月五日
但今日新番組御勝手役菱川九左衛門諸事分限不相応之趣共相聞候ニ付役儀御取揚小
役人格ニ御下ケ御泉水屋敷番被仰付押込被仰付候其以下夫々黜陟有之

〇御勝手御不如意ニ付御倹約之儀も厳敷度々被仰付候へ共追々無拠御入増等指
湊近年弥以御差支ニ付尚又此度改而御倹約御〆り方厳敷被仰付事ニ候右近年御入
増候所被成方無之ニ付御収納物先納被仰付是迄御凌被成候へ共右之御跡引ニ而当
時必至御指支之御場所ニ相成ニ付不得止御家中へ増御借米被仰付町在へも御用
金等可被仰付ゟ外有之間敷候得共下地困窮之儀ニ候ヘハ弥可致難儀与甚御苦労
御気之毒ニ被為思召兎角下々迄不致難儀様ニとの厚キ思召ニ被為入候御事左候
迚外ニ御趣段も無之ニ付此度御趣向を被立御勝手ゟも御出銀御家中ゟ少々出銀被仰
付右之銀子を以此末御勝手之御運被付候筈ニ候間右之趣承知可有之候割方之儀ハ
御奉行共ゟ可相達候間左様可被相心得候以上

〇今回厚い思し召しをもって厳重な御勝手御取り締まりを仰せ付けられ候につきましては、御ためを心がけ役所に勤務し、仕事に打ち込んで勤めるべきです。町人百姓共より些細なものでも音物等を堅く受け取り申すまじく候。もし音物を受け取る面々もこれあらば、きっと仰せ付けられるべく候。かつ近年家屋土蔵共に結構を尽くし、その上家内奢侈な暮らし方、着類等まで身分不相応に華麗な品を相用い候こと。下し置かれ候御切米高とは釣り合わず、甚だ不都合な儀、済まされざることに候。これにより小算以下、当時身分不相応の物数奇等は取り替え申すべく候。もっとも土蔵の儀は火除けのためであれば、九尺四方ほど小さい分は苦しからず候。もちろん今後身分相応に心得違いなきよう、きっと相守り申すべく候。もし心得違いの者これありにおいては、その節は御咎め仰せ付けらるべく候間、右の趣きっと相守り申すべく候。

ただし今日新番組御勝手役菱川九左衛門、諸事分限不相応の趣き共聞こえ候につき、役儀御取り上げ小役人格に御下げ、御泉水屋敷番仰せ付けられ、押し込み仰せ付けられ候。その以下それぞれ昇進降格これあり

〇御勝手御不如意につき御倹約の儀も厳しく度々仰せ付けられ候えども、追々やむを得ず御入用増等さし
迫り、近年いよいよもって御差し支えにつき、なおまたこの度改めて御倹約御締め方厳しく仰せ付けられることに候。右近年御入用増し候所、成し方これなきにつき御収納物先納仰せ付けられ、これまで御凌ぎになり候えども、右の御跡引きにて当時必至御差し支えの御場所に相成りにつき、やむを得ず御家中へ増御借米仰せ付けられ、町在へも御用金等仰せ付けらるべきより外これあるまじく候えども、下地困窮の儀に候えば、いよいよ難儀いたすべきと甚だ御苦労御気の毒に思し召され、とかく下々まで難儀いたさぬようにとの厚き思し召しに入られ候御事。左候とて外に御趣向もこれなきにつき、この度御趣向を立てられ御勝手よりも御出銀、御家中より少々出銀仰せ付けられ、右の銀子をもってこの末御勝手の御運び付けらるべき筈に候間、右の趣き承知あるべく候。割り方の儀は御奉行共より相達すべく候間、左様御心得あるべく候。以上
