右之通火之類取扱不申候尤御番士ハ七ツ蔵へ通故表御坊主壱人水部屋荒子壱人

Memorandum
One item: Guard samurai shall remain stationed as they are in the main hall of the lord's quarters.
In connection with this, a temporary platform shall be constructed at the foot soldiers' guardhouse, with direct access to the water room.
One item: The front entrance corridor shall be sealed with wooden doors. On ordinary days, even the senior retainers shall not have tobacco trays, and immediately after official business is completed, the foot inspectors shall clean up and withdraw.
As stated above, fire-related materials shall not be handled. Since the guard samurai will commute to the Seven O'Clock Storehouse, one front Buddhist monk and one water room servant
