右之通〆り方被仰付候ニ付御徒目付泊之儀并御玄関番御小人之儀今日ゟ差免之

〇兼而御内許有之候此表御借金元利年賦御渡金之類御年限中御頼延之儀御

〇御勝手御趣意ニ付諸御借金追々御断延被仰付御札所銀年々過分御取替有之分も
御年限七ケ年之内御断延被仰出候事

〇旧冬御直書写を以被仰出候通御勝手向御凌出来兼当時ニ而ハ御国家之御
太切ニ及候程之儀ニ候仍之格別之 思召被相立当丑年ゟ七ケ年万端御省略
被遊御勝手御取続而已之御趣法被仰付候右ニ付御家中弥増難儀之事得与
御承知被遊候へ共御大事之御運ニ付無拠半減御借米七ケ年御頼被成候間此段申
渡候様被仰出候 四月五日

〇御家中倹約之儀ハ勿論之事且又居屋敷之儀も分限ニ不応手広之趣ニ而不
用之間所或ハ長屋等之儀も取縮度面々有之候ハヽ御目付共迄可申達御吟味之上
被仰付方可有之候
一半減御借米被仰出候ニ付知行取弐百石未満ゟ御扶持方三拾人以下并御合力俵数
取御切米取末々迄高積り割合を以御年限中年々御手当米被成下筈ニ候委
細割方之儀ハ追而御奉行共ゟ可申達事ニ候
一御時節ニ付万端手薄ニ相成猥之風俗ニも可相移哉甚 御心痛ニ思召候此段
も為心得申渡候様被仰出候以上 四月五日 支配末々迄

〇かねてより御内許がある、この表での御借金元利年賦御渡金の類について、御年限中御頼延の件を御奉行へ申し出られたこと

〇御勝手御趣意により、諸御借金を追々御断延を申し付けられ、御札所銀で年々過分に御取替えがある分についても、御年限七年以内に御断延を申し出られたこと

〇昨冬御直書写をもって申し出られた通り、御勝手向の御凌ぎが出来かね、当時においては御国家の御大切に及ぶほどの事態である。よって格別の思召しを立てられ、当丑年より七年間、万端御省略を行い、御勝手御取続のみの御趣法を申し付けられた。これにより御家中はますます難儀なことと十分御承知されているが、御大事の御運により已むを得ず、半減御借米七年の御頼みをされるので、この段申し渡すよう申し出られた 四月五日

〇御家中の倹約の件は勿論のこと、また居屋敷の件についても分限に応じず手広い様子で、不用の間所あるいは長屋等についても取り縮めたい面々がいれば、御目付共まで申し達し、御吟味の上申し付け方があるであろう
一、半減御借米を申し出られたため、知行取二百石未満から御扶持方三十人以下ならびに御合力俵数取、御切米取の末々まで、高積もり割合をもって御年限中年々御手当米を下される予定である。委細割り方の件は追って御奉行共より申し達すことである
一、御時節により万端手薄になり、みだりな風俗にも移るかもしれないことを甚だ御心痛に思召される。この段についても心得のため申し渡すよう申し出られた 以上 四月五日 支配末々まで
