一御鷹場寄并道筋御普請等ニ付在方出捨り人足之儀御鷹場吟味之上御

之者共脇小路立入候ハヽ少之鳥目手之内たりとも為取申間敷旨先年も御触通りも
有之候処甚等閑之趣ニ相聞候尤通り筋之儀ハ格別脇小路〳〵之儀ハ聊之鳥目手
之内ニ而も右体之類様之者ニハ厳敷指出申間敷候尤報謝之儀ニハ候へ共右体之者共
多立入候而ハおのつから盗賊体之手引等とも相成候ヘハ町方〆り方ニも不宜事ニ候間町
々庄屋共ゟ町内之者共へ家毎ニ厳敷申付置少も相緩不申候様銘々急度相守
可申候若又右体之者立入候ハヽ町々庄屋共申談送り出可申候等閑之趣相聞候ハヽ急

一御借米方之儀以後前々之通御勝手役兼帯可相勤候依之小野清兵衛儀御借米
方掛り被仰付候間帰坂之上可申付事
現代語訳
限りにおいて配慮があることとする。
一、御鷹場の寄せ集めならびに道筋の御普請等について、在方の出捨て人足の件は、御鷹場を吟味の上、省略を立てて人足高を相減し、在方の御手当にもなり、上の御益にもなるよう取り扱うこと。
四月十六日
町奉行
一、六部巡礼・二十四拝ならびにちょんがれ豆蔵体の者が町方の小路々々まで立ち入っている趣に聞いている。右のような者共が脇小路に立ち入った場合、少しの鳥目でも手の内から取らせてはならない旨、先年も御触れ通りもあったところ、甚だ等閑の趣に聞いている。もっとも通り筋の件は格別だが、脇小路々々の件は、わずかな鳥目でも手の内からも、右のような類の者には厳しく指し出してはならない。もっとも報謝の件ではあるが、右のような者共が多く立ち入ってはおのずから盗賊体の手引等ともなるので、町方の締まり方にも宜しくない事なので、町々の庄屋共から町内の者共へ家毎に厳しく申し付け置き、少しも相緩めないよう銘々がきっと相守るべきである。もしまた右のような者が立ち入った場合は、町々の庄屋共が申し談じて送り出すべきである。等閑の趣が聞こえた場合は、きっと御咎めを仰せ付けられる。
一、江戸町通りに他国者の人馬が往来しないよう先達ても仰せ付けられたところ、近頃等閑の趣に聞いている。

一、町廻り組の者は右の趣を心配し、見付け次第厳しく相咎めるよう仰せ付けられた。

○他所修行者が御城下の商人宿へ一宿した場合、翌日出立の節、通筋の件は格別だが、脇小路の件は堅く立ち入ってはならない旨、宿亭主の者にきっと申し付けるよう宿屋共へ申し付けるべきである。
六月廿五日

一、油役の件は御道具役・御坊主共から兼帯で相勤めるよう仰せ付けられ、以来明減となった事。
一、松岡御蔵米に付く馬は江戸町筋を通ってはならない旨、これまでも仰せ付けもあったところ、等閑の趣に聞いている。以後心得違いのないよう宰領の者へきっと申し付けるべき事。
一、御借米方の件は以後前々の通り御勝手役兼帯で相勤めるべきである。これにより小野清兵衛には御借米方掛りを仰せ付けられるので、帰坂の上申し付けるべき事。

Town Magistrate
One: It has come to our attention that six-part pilgrims, twenty-four pilgrimage practitioners, and chongare bean merchant types are entering even the small alleys of the town districts. When such persons enter side alleys, not even small coins should be given to them, as was previously announced in official notices, but this has been neglected. While main thoroughfares are exceptional, regarding side alleys, even the smallest coins should not be given to such types of people. Though this concerns charitable giving, if many such persons enter, they naturally become accomplices to thieves, which is detrimental to town security. Therefore, town headmen should strictly instruct townspeople house by house, and each should strictly observe not to relax these rules at all. If such persons do enter, town headmen should consult together and send them away. If negligence is reported, punishment will certainly be imposed.
One: It was previously ordered that people and horses from other provinces should not travel through Edo-machi street, but recently this has been neglected.
