一 御城内之儀者不及申家中屋鋪等迄
常々火之本可被入念事
一 風烈時用なくして他所へ被参ましく候
若不叶用有之者支配方へ相断其外ハ
御目附中へ断可被罷越候他所に被居候
節風烈吹出候歟若出火於有之ハ早速
可被罷帰事
一 自分用にて他所へ被参候時は支配方へ

一 御城内のことは申すまでもなく、家中屋敷等まで、常々火の元に注意を入れること
一 風が激しい時は用事がなくて他所へ行ってはいけない。もし止むを得ない用事がある者は支配方へ相談し、その他は御目付中へ届出て出かけること。他所にいる時に強風が吹き出したか、もしくは出火があった場合は、早速帰ること
一 自分の用事で他所へ行く時は、支配方へ相談し、その他は御目付中へ届け出ること

1. Regarding the castle grounds, it goes without saying, but even extending to the residences of retainers, constant attention must be paid to fire prevention.
1. During times of strong wind, one must not go to other places without necessary business. If one has unavoidable business, consult with one's supervising authority, and for all others, report to the metsuke officials before departing. If strong winds arise or fires break out while one is elsewhere, return immediately.
