一 御仕置もの有之節役人之外一切
出合被申間敷事
一 辻相撲幷花火立申候儀堅御停止事
右之趣被 仰出候間急度可
被相守者也

十五人扶持の面々は百石取りと同様とする。ただし正月・極月の両月は免除するので、残り十ヶ月について右の通り人足を出すこと
一 御城下・町中並びに在々所々へみだりに徘徊し、不作法で粗暴な行為をしないよう、支配方はもちろん御家中に召し使われている下々に至るまで、面々堅く申し付けること
一 御仕置（刑罰執行）がある際は、役人以外は一切立ち会ってはならないこと
一 辻相撲並びに花火を上げることを堅く禁止すること
右の趣旨が仰せ出されたので、必ず守るべきものである

Those with fifteen-person stipends shall be treated the same as those receiving one hundred koku. However, since the months of New Year and year-end are exempted, laborers shall be provided as stated above for the remaining ten months.
1. To prevent wandering about recklessly in the castle town, throughout the town, and in various rural areas, and to avoid improper and rough behavior, supervising authorities must, of course, strictly instruct everyone from retainers of the domain down to the lowest servants.
1. When there are official punishments being carried out, no one except officials shall be present to witness them.
1. Street sumo wrestling and setting off fireworks are strictly prohibited.
