現代語訳
治療することは困難である。古い言葉にも「上工（名医）はまだ病気になっていない状態を治療する」と言われている。本当の軽症・重症は素人の目には見えるものではない。ただ軽い疱瘡であっても大切に手当てするに越したことはない。
