一 同十八年丑年正月、頭の小原五郎右衛門が組替えを仰せ付けられたにつき、跡の御役として田中加兵衛組に罷り成った事
一 同年七月二十八日、四十二歳にて病死、法名善龍院遵誉叔道居士、葬所は同上

One: In the 1st month of Kyōhō 15, Year of the Dog, due to illness and upon request, submitted his kobusin-ryō stipend and remained in retirement
One: In the 1st month of Kyōhō 18, Year of the Ox, when his superior Ohara Gorōemon was reassigned to a different unit, he succeeded to the position in Tanaka Kahei's unit
One: On the 28th day of the 7th month of the same year, died of illness at age 42; posthumous Buddhist name Zenryū-in Jun'yo Shukudō Koji; burial site same as above
