此度以使者申入候委細之義は紙面に申達候由
右は一分の覚書
先達而相達候通御目付衆城受取之御方来月中旬
過其地江可被参候諸事作法能無滞相渡候様に弥念入
可被申付旨従土屋相模守殿我等方江被仰聞候間各々得
其意家中面々相慎候様に可被申渡候依之使者差越候猶
口上可申述也

この度使者を以て申し入れ候詳細の義は紙面に申し達し候由
右は一分の覚書
先達て相達し候通り御目付衆城受け取りの御方来月中旬
過ぎその地へ参られるべく候、諸事作法よく滞りなく相渡し候様に
いよいよ念入れ申し付けらるべき旨、土屋相模守殿より我等方へ仰せ聞かされ候間、
各々その意を得て家中面々相慎み候様に申し渡さるべく候、これにより使者差し越し候、
なお口上申し述ぶべきなり

The detailed matters submitted through messengers this time have been communicated in writing.
The above is a separate memorandum:
"As previously communicated, the inspectors and those who will receive the castle will arrive at your domain after the middle of next month. You must ensure that all matters are conducted with proper protocol and without delay in the handover.
This instruction to exercise even greater care has been conveyed from Lord Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami to us, therefore each of you must understand this intent and ensure that all retainers conduct themselves with proper restraint." A messenger has been dispatched for this purpose, and further details will be communicated orally.
