一御死体御引取幷御迎に罷越面々右京大夫殿に而取引之事
一泉岳寺江御歛【＝斂の誤記ヵ】り御葬送御法名之事
一御忌懸り之事
一御目見御遠慮之御方々幷御免之事
一内匠頭様御跡役被 仰付事
一戸田采女正殿浅野美濃守殿へ御達し之事
一右御両所築地御屋敷江御越御家来江被 仰渡之事
一采女正殿伝奏屋敷江も御越被仰聞幷諸道具入替る事

一、御切腹の件
一、御遺体の引き取り並びにお迎えに参った面々が右京大夫殿のところで受け渡しを行った件
一、泉岳寺へ納棺し、御葬送、御法名の件
一、御忌み籠りの件
一、御目見得を御遠慮された御方々並びにその御免除の件
一、内匠頭様の御跡役に仰せ付けられた件
一、戸田采女正殿が浅野美濃守殿へお達しした件
一、右の御両所が築地の御屋敷へお越しになり、御家来へ仰せ渡された件
一、采女正殿が伝奏屋敷へもお越しになり仰せ聞かされ、並びに諸道具を入れ替えた件
