加東・加西両郡の郡代一人、在々奉行、右の面々が勤めてきた役職の品目を帳面で調べ、役人衆に尋ねられた際に滞りなく対応できるよう準備し、指図を受けること。もっとも御下知の上は、できる限り同役の内で申し合わせて、人数を少なくして残るべきである。
