一城に有之武具は弥以其儘可被差置帳面に記候而引渡

一家中家改目録残置明家之分或は町人或は郷人差置

一城内は不及申道端掃除等心之及候程は可被入念候事

一、城にある武具は、いよいよそのまま配置しておくべきであり、帳面に記録して引き渡しを申すべきこと
一、家中家改目録に残置された明け家の分は、或いは町人、或いは郷人を配置して相守らせるべきこと
一、城受取の御方並びに御目付衆、役人衆の在宿の件については、各々相談を遂げて、よろしく申し付けること
一、城内は申すに及ばず、道端の掃除等、心の及ぶ程は念を入れるべきこと
一、家中引き払いの節は、なお一層火の元に念を入れて申し付けるべきこと
右の書付の趣旨をその意を得るべきであり、引き払いが相済み各々退去するに於いては、この
