先達って仰せ付けられた通り、御目付様、城御受取の御方様が当月中旬に当地へいらっしゃることに付き、諸事作法よく滞りなく相渡しするように、いよいよ念を入れて申し付けるべき旨を、土屋相模守様より采女正様へ仰せ進められたことに付き、御意の趣旨を畏れ謹んで承り、家中の者どもへ申し渡す。以上

Acknowledgment of the above
As previously ordered, the inspectors (metsuke) and those receiving the castle will arrive at this location in the middle of this month. Accordingly, Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami has instructed Uneme-no-sho that all matters should be handled with proper protocol and without delay, with even greater attention to be paid. We humbly acknowledge the intent of these instructions and convey them to the retainer families. The above stated.
