一、御目付中へ申し上げる事を御差し留めになると申す義を、御書付に御書き加えくださるよう仕りたいと申したところ、なるほどもっともに存じますが、この通り仰せ出されました上は、御差し留めになられることが相知れ申す義でございますれば、それには及ばない儀と仰せられた事
一、甚五兵衛が話すには、采女正殿を証人にお取りになり御城を御渡しになる事でございますれば、少しも越度になる儀はございません段は、采女殿よりお聞き届けがないと申す義はございますまい旨を申された
