九十貫目をお貸しくださいましたが、この度お捨てくださったところ、庄屋より三十貫目は貸し、六十貫目は上納にして取り込んでいたことが明らかになり、尾崎町の年寄一人、庄屋二人を百姓より潰しました。
一 本郷村の大庄屋彦右衛門《五石》四月十一日に自害いたしました。これも引き負けによるものです。
一 東有年村の庄屋与三左衛門は四月十二日に入水いたしました。これも右同様です。新田村の大庄屋又兵衛《八石》、本郷村の庄屋六郎右衛門、両人も百姓より追い出されました。
○一 四月十五日、御目付中がご旅宿に一泊された鵤村まで植村与五左衛門が出向きました。その際にお渡しくださった書付、もっとも伺いの書付共は左の通りです。
