右の六ヶ条の通り申し渡すべきとのこと、並びに所々の番人も半分ずつにして、十人のところは五人、五人のところは二、三人にするよう仰せ付けられました。所々番人付の奥の一ヶ条に案内の小頭五人とあるところは、十人に申し付け置くようにと仰せ付けられました。
一 加東の役人を御城下へ招き寄せるべきとのこと、並びに引き払いの義は勝手次第とするべし。まず右の趣旨を申し遣わすべきとの御下知がございました。委細は明日ご到着の上で仰せ付けられるとのことです。
