〇一四月十六日十左衛門殿采女殿御列座に而十左衛門殿被仰渡候趣
内匠仕合に付而城地被 召上請取在番脇坂淡路守木下
肥後守被 仰付候家中之者作法能引渡候様に相心得可申候
我々御目付被 仰付候段は先達而可為承知候 御朱印
御墨印於江戸致頂戴候只今可読聞候得共各服忌有之
候間是に差置之由被仰候三方に載せ御側に有之候
一何も引払之義は御代官衆是江到着已後三十日切則高
札建させ候間何も家中之者拝見可申候御高札も御側に

伝兵衛、田中清兵衛が参上する
○一 四月十六日、十左衛門殿、采女殿がご同席の上で、十左衛門殿が申し渡された趣旨
「内匠の件につきまして、城地を召し上げられ、受け取り在番として脇坂淡路守、木下肥後守が仰せ付けられました。家中の者は作法よく引き渡すよう心得るべきです。我々が御目付を仰せ付けられた件は、先だってご承知のことでしょう。御朱印、御墨印を江戸にて頂戴いたしました。只今読み聞かせるべきですが、各々服忌中でございますので、これに差し置くとのことです。三方に載せて御側にございます。
一 何れも引き払いの件は、御代官衆がこちらに到着した後、三十日限りで高札を建てさせますので、何れも家中の者は拝見すべきです。御高札もお側に

Denbei and Tanaka Seibei came forward.
○One: On April 16th, with Lord Jūzaemon and Lord Uneme both present, Lord Jūzaemon conveyed the following:
"Regarding the matter of Takumi, the castle grounds have been confiscated, and Wakisaka Awaji-no-kami and Kinoshita Higo-no-kami have been appointed as receiving garrison commanders. The retainers should understand that they must conduct the handover with proper decorum. The matter of our appointment as inspectors should already be known to you from earlier. We have received the vermillion seal and black ink seal in Edo. We should read them aloud now, but since everyone is in mourning, we will set this aside for now. They are placed on a ceremonial stand beside us.
One: Regarding the matter of evacuation, after the deputy governors arrive here, high notice boards will be erected within a thirty-day limit, so all retainers should view them. The official notice board is also at hand..."
