但家中明屋敷之義所々町人百性等可勤之事
一種借之義蔵より出之借付事於無疑は当暮可収納事
附年貢未進可寄指事
一未進方に取仕男女之義於無其紛は譜代勿論之事
一借物は可為證文次第事
右之通被 仰出候条堅相守之若於令違犯輩

ただし家中の明き屋敷については、所々の町人・百姓等が管理すること
一 種子の借用については、蔵より出した貸付けについて疑いがなければ、当年の暮れに収納すること
附 年貢の未進分については寄せ指すこと
一 未進方に取り仕えている男女については、その紛れがなければ譜代は言うまでもないこと
一 借り物については證文の通りとすること
右の通り仰せ出され候条、堅く相守るべし。もし違犯する者があれば厳科に処せらるべきものなり

However, regarding the vacant residences of retainers, townspeople and farmers from various places shall manage them.
One: Regarding seed loans, if there is no doubt about loans issued from the storehouse, they shall be collected by the end of this year.
Addendum: Unpaid annual tributes shall be consolidated for collection.
One: Regarding men and women serving under those with unpaid obligations, if there is no confusion about this matter, hereditary retainers go without saying.
One: Borrowed items shall be handled according to the written documents.
The above has been proclaimed, and must be strictly observed. Should there be any violators, they shall be subjected to severe punishment.
