江相渡し候事
一櫓引渡作事奉行申付置候得共不及引渡鎰之義御目付中江
相伺候処御差図に而御在番方より追手門外江役人共罷出相渡す
一残米高千弐百拾四石四斗二の丸蔵に詰置候処四月十九日
木下肥後守殿家来江蔵奉行立合帖面を以引渡す
右残米最前御目付衆江嘆置候処此度御目付衆より
右之残米最前申聞候通り弥願申上候哉と御尋に付此段奉願
とは憚至極に候最初にも申上候通り此米家中引払候ものへ
割遣度奉存候然共私体奉願とは憚多奉存候御両所様

に引き渡した件
一、櫓の引き渡しについて作事奉行に申し付けておいたが、引き渡しに及ばず、鍵の件を御目付中に伺ったところ、御指図により御在番方より追手門外へ役人どもが出向いて引き渡した
一、残米高千二百十四石四斗を二の丸蔵に詰め置いたところ、四月十九日に木下肥後守殿の家来に蔵奉行立ち合いの下、帳面をもって引き渡す
右の残米について、以前から御目付衆にお願いしておいたところ、この度御目付衆より「右の残米について以前申し聞かせた通り、いよいよ願い申し上げるのか」とのお尋ねがあったため、この段をお願い申し上げるのは憚り多いことでございます。最初にも申し上げました通り、この米は家中引き払う者どもに配分いたしたく存じ上げます。しかしながら私どもがお願い申し上げるのは憚り多く存じ上げます。御両所様

One: The remaining rice stores of 1,214 koku and 4 to were stored in the second bailey warehouse. On the 19th day of the 4th month, they were handed over to the retainers of Lord Kinoshita Higo-no-kami in the presence of the warehouse magistrate, using ledger records.
Regarding the above remaining rice, we had previously petitioned the inspectors about this matter.
