一拾人扶持 弐百石 木村孫右衛門
一十人扶持 百五十石 堀田政右衛門
米合弐拾壱石壱斗八升
右は播磨国赤穂領浅野内匠上け知御用右之家頼
相残勤候者共赤穂御城引渡之日より御用相仕舞候日迄
御扶持被下置候に付御扶持方米之内書面之通り受取申所
実正也重而日数究り次第本手形差上此手形引替可申候
依而如件

一、十人扶持 二百石 木村孫右衛門
一、十人扶持 百五十石 堀田政右衛門
米合計二十一石一斗八升
右は播磨国赤穂領浅野内匠頭への知行御用右の家来
相残り勤めている者共、赤穂御城引き渡しの日より御用相済みの日まで
御扶持を下し置かれるにつき、御扶持方米のうち書面の通り受け取り申すところ
真実正当であり、重ねて日数が決まり次第本手形を差し上げ、この手形と引き替え申すべく候
よって件の如し

Those who remained in service from the day of the surrender of Akō Castle until the day official duties ended
have been granted stipends, and we hereby acknowledge receipt of rice stipends as stated in this document
This is true and accurate, and when the period is determined again, we shall submit the formal certificate and exchange it for this temporary one
