○一、矢蔵引き渡しの役人について、作事奉行両人を内蔵助が申し付け置いたところ、御在番方より役人が出て来なかった。そこで鍵の件を御目付衆に伺ったところ、御在番方に申し伝えられ、大手門外まで役人が出て来て鍵を受け取った。

Regarding the officials for the handover of the arrow storehouse, Kuranosuke had appointed two construction magistrates (sakuji-bugyō), but no officials came from the castle guard unit (gozaiban-kata). When [we] inquired about the keys to the inspectors (metsuke), it was communicated to the castle guard unit, and officials came out to the outer Ōte Gate and received the keys.
