《割書：年貢地なり》ただし加里屋村内浜田三町二反三畝六歩、塩屋村外浜田二反八畝、浅野内匠の家来共より寄附これ畢んぬ。全く断絶無きように永く相続有るべき者なり。よってくだんの如し。

英語訳
《Marginal note: These are tax-paying lands》However, Hamada [fields of] 3 chō 2 tan 3 se 6 bu within Kariya Village, and Hamada [fields of] 2 tan 8 se outside Shioya Village have been donated by the retainers of Asano Takumi. [This donation is made] so that [the temple services] shall never be discontinued and shall continue in perpetuity. Therefore, [we certify] as stated above.

To Kagaku-ji Temple
Dairen-ji Temple and Kōkō-ji Temple: The wording of the donation certificates is the same as above.
However, for Dairen-ji Temple it is adjusted to "Lord Kaiju-in," and for Kōkō-ji Temple to "Lord Kōkō-in."
