右之趣佐々小左衛門申渡候事
一九郎兵衛并郡右衛門妻之諸道具安藤善大夫神崎与五郎横川勘平
悉く相改致封印候而則預り主かりや町大津や平右衛門中村木屋
庄兵衛より道具之品々帖面に記奥書に大年寄新右衛門中村庄や
甚右衛門致加印候由五月廿三日此方江帖面取集候事

○一五月朔日植村与五左衛門引払
○一六月四日大石内蔵助田中清兵衛間瀬久大夫御用相仕舞
引払此外御用向に而残り候役人共追々引払
現代語訳
右の趣旨を佐々小左衛門が申し渡したこと。
一、九郎兵衛並びに郡右衛門の妻の諸道具を、安藤善大夫、神崎与五郎、横川勘平が悉く調べ、封印をして、すぐに預かり主であるかりや町の大津や平右衛門、中村木屋庄兵衛より道具の品々を帳面に記し、奥書に大年寄の新右衛門、中村庄や甚右衛門が印を加えたということで、五月二十三日にこちらへ帳面を取り集めたこと。
○一、四月二十二日 田中権左衛門が引き払った。
○一、五月朔日 植村与五左衛門が引き払った。
○一、六月四日 大石内蔵助、田中清兵衛、間瀬久大夫が御用を終えて引き払った。この他に御用向で残っていた役人たちも追々引き払った。

Article: The various belongings of Kurōbei and the wife of Kōriemon were thoroughly inspected by Andō Zendayū, Kanzaki Yogorō, and Yokogawa Kanpei, who sealed them and immediately had the custodians - Ōtsuya Heiemon of Kariya-chō and Nakamura Kiya Shōbei - record the items in a ledger. The ōdoshiyori Shinemon and Nakamura Shōya Jinemon added their seals to the postscript, and on May 23rd, the ledgers were collected here.

○ Article: On May 1st, Uemura Yogozaemon departed.
○ Article: On June 4th, Ōishi Kuranosuke, Tanaka Seibei, and Mase Kyūdayū completed their official duties and departed. Other officials who had remained for official business also departed one after another.
