可仕候首尾さへ能候は何とそ泉岳寺江持参御墓所江備可申事
一御息之印揚候以後不及持参打捨候覚悟尤候事
一味方之手負は随分成次第引取り可申分別肝要に候肩にかけ候
而も遁可申候は肩にかけ退可被申候引取候義難成首尾に候は印を
揚候而引取可申候事
一父子討相済候而相図は笛を吹順々に吹次可申事
一鉦之相図は惣人数引取候節打可申事
一引取候場は無縁寺たるへく候但無縁寺江入不申候は両国橋之東

御下知によってあの屋敷へ遣わされるようなこともあるでしょうか。その件は御指図次第で致します。首尾よく行けば何としても泉岳寺へ持参し、御墓所へお供えすることです
一、雑魚の首級を上げた後は持参に及ばず、打ち捨てる覚悟が最もなことです
一、味方の負傷者はできる限り引き取ることが大切で、判断が肝要です。肩に担いでも逃げることができるなら肩に担いで退却すべきです。引き取ることが困難な状況であれば、首級を上げてから引き取ることです
一、仇討ちが済んだ後の合図は笛を吹き、順々に吹き継いでいくことです
一、鉦の合図は総人数が引き取る際に打つことです
