其実否を告而唯今当人をは討留候趣に御座候活残り申候者
呼集候而追付罷出御下知を受申覚悟に御座候右私共存念
最前申上候通に候得は壱人も退散可申者無之候と可申事
一又門内江御入御見分可被成候間門を開候様にと被仰候共門を明不申
御挨拶可申上事
一打入候者屋敷中に打散罷在候間門内江御入被遊候節若卒に
も有之候得は如何に奉存候もはや打寄せ候間追付門を開き可懸
御目旨申上候而堅く門開き申間敷事
一退口は可為裏門事
現代語訳
その実情を告げて「ただ今当人を討ち留めた次第でございます。生き残った者たちを呼び集めて、追って参上し御下知をお受けする覚悟でございます。先ほど申し上げました通り、私共の存念に変わりはございませんので、一人も逃散する者はおりません」と申すことです
一、また門内へお入りになって御見分なさるので門を開くようにと仰せられても、門を開けずに御挨拶を申し上げることです
一、打ち入った者が屋敷中に散らばっておりますので、門内へお入りになられる際に、もし不測の事態でもございましたらいかがかと存じます。もはや打ち寄せておりますので、追って門を開いて御目にかけるつもりでございます」と申し上げて、決して門を開いてはならないことです
一、退口は裏門とすることです

Explain the true situation and say: "We have just now struck down the person in question. We will gather the survivors and come forth shortly to receive your orders. As our intentions remain unchanged from what we stated earlier, not a single person will flee."
1. Even if ordered to open the gate so that officials may enter and conduct an inspection inside, do not open the gate but offer greetings instead.
