武太夫介錯仕損し申候哉御耳の脇に疵有之候由御死体
請取に参候者申候尤世上に而も御首打損し候得共内匠
頭様少しも御動不被成候段風聞有之候由
武太夫御首を打候と其侭下総守殿方江揚け首に仕候由
此義下総守殿御差図には似合不申段風聞仕候なり

御座候旨御尊体受取候者共申候
○一内匠頭様御死体之義田村右京大夫殿より被相伺候処御一類中
之内江引取候様にと御月番御老中土屋相模守殿御差図
に付其趣内匠頭様御舎弟浅野大学殿江右京大夫殿ゟ

武太夫は介錯を失敗したのか、御耳の脇に傷があった由。御遺体を受け取りに参った者が申すことには、もっとも世間でも御首を打ち損じたと言われているが、内匠頭様は少しもお動きにならなかった段について風聞がある由。
武太夫が御首を打った後、そのまま下総守殿の方へ首実検に仕った由。この件について、下総守殿の御指図には似つかわしくない段について風聞を仕る。
【朱書】実は御心良く御切腹をなされなかったのか。御襟がくつろいた程度であった旨、御遺体を受け取った者共が申した。
○一、内匠頭様の御遺体の件について、田村右京大夫殿より伺いを立てられた処、御一族の内に引き取るようにとの御月番御老中土屋相模守殿の御指図により、その趣を内匠頭様の御舎弟浅野大学殿へ右京大夫殿より
