一同寺に而米沢討手侍覚悟之事 一同寺より寺社御奉行衆江注進物頭参る事
一同寺之和尚へ大石切腹之義申述差留め之事
一御首一先物仏前江置左兵衛殿江遺り万松院江請取候事
一和尚粥を出し候事 一堀部和尚と咄し之事
一和尚より酒を進め候事 一給仕之者吉良家働尋答へ之事
一仙石殿に而御徒目付対談之事 一泉岳院江御徒目付参候様申渡之事
